Please see below for detailed and complete Terms and Conditions that will apply to your trip with Savor Travels LLC, collectively referred to herein as “Savor Travels” or “We” or “Us,” which shall constitute the entire binding agreement between Savor Travels, and you, the Client.

SUPPLIERS

Savor Travels acts as an agent for the airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, lodging providers, car-rental companies, ground operators, destination partners, and any other suppliers of travel services (collectively “Suppliers”) shown on your itinerary. Client understands that Savor Travels is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of such Suppliers or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or honor their contracts, and you are subject to their cancellation policies and other terms and conditions.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Savor Travels charges a planning fee for its services. This fee is outlined in the “Services Agreement” document. By signing this document, Client agrees to pay these fees according to the timeline outlined. Full payment is due upfront and all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. If We do not receive final payment by the specified date, We reserve the right to cancel our services.

BOOKINGS

We make bookings for hotels, accommodations, activities and other travel services on behalf of our clients. All accommodations within a Client’s itinerary must be booked through Savor Travels using a valid credit card; Client may not book their own accommodations unless otherwise agreed upon. By working with us, Client authorizes us to use the credit card information Client provides to make payments for these travel services on Client’s behalf. Client agrees to read and accept all reservation details, payment terms, and cancellation policies of each service booked. Client must notify us of any error(s) in bookings within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmations. If we are not notified of any errors within this period, we disclaim any liability associated with the error(s).

ITINERARY CHANGES

We may allow Client to request certain minor itinerary changes once trip planning has begun; however, major itinerary changes, such as changing travel dates, destinations, or suppliers, will incur a supplemental fee or result in a new Services Agreement and new planning fee, depending on the scope of the changes. Should the Client wish to cancel or postpone a trip entirely once trip planning has begun, the planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable and any new trip will incur a new Services Agreement and new planning fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

We suggest that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We do not offer refunds of our planning fee for trips cancelled. Travelers who decline travel insurance may be asked to sign a waiver. Please see this helpful information from Travelex, our preferred travel insurance partner.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND VACCINATIONS

Client understands that if traveling internationally, you must have a valid passport and you may need to obtain one or more visas depending on which country you’re visiting. Your passport must be valid at least six months after your date of return to the U.S. Additionally, the country you're traveling to may require proof of vaccinations. We recommend visiting http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ to find information on health notices and recommended/required vaccinations for the countries you'll be visiting. The Client accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas, and permits prior to the start of the trip and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

​If a Client has a complaint against Savor Travels, the Client must first inform Savor Travels in private at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified, if possible. Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the end of the trip. Savor Travels will work with its Suppliers to try to reach a satisfactory resolution for the Client, but We do not guarantee any particular outcome, refund, or resolution. Savor Travels and the Client will abide by the terms and conditions, contracts, and penalties of a Supplier, vendor, or in-destination partner. Savor Travels’ planning fees are non-refundable.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CLIENT SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SAVOR TRAVELS AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND EACH OF THE HEIRS, EXECUTORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING AT CLIENT’S SOLE COST AND EXPENSE AGAINST ALL SUITS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PAYMENTS, COSTS, EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES), DAMAGES OR CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, SETTLEMENTS, LIABILITIES, FINES AND PENALTIES OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH CLIENT’S TRIP OR JOURNEY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DEATH, BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WHICH IS MADE, INCURRED OR SUSTAINED BY CLIENT OR ANY CLIENT INVITEES. THIS INDEMNIFICATION SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY RENTAL EQUIPMENT ORDERED THROUGH SAVOR TRAVELS FOR CLIENT USE OR USE OF ANY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING ANY USE OF POOLS, WATER FEATURES, HOT TUBS, AND OTHER BODIES OF WATER) USED BY CLIENT. SAVOR TRAVELS  SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH CLIENT’S PROGRAM, OR ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SAVOR TRAVELS’ LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES CHARGED TO CLIENT.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

​The Client acknowledges that the nature of the trips and journeys offered by Savor Travels are adventurous in nature and may involve a significant amount of personal risk for the Client. The Client hereby assumes all such risk and hereby releases Savor Travels from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks. 

SEVERABILITY

​In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.

SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS

​These Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Savor Travels and the Client and their respective heirs, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns.The Company, Savor Travels, exists under, and is pursuant to, the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A.

APPLICABLE LAW

​The Services Agreement and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be interpreted by, the laws of  the State of Colorado. Savor Travels and Client agree that the venue for any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising out of these Terms and Conditions and the Services Agreement shall be the state courts of the State of Colorado and the parties hereby expressly consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the state courts of the State of Colorado for the resolution of any claims, causes of action, or disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Services Agreement.

WAIVER OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​These Booking Terms and Conditions may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. When a Client completes the Services Agreement form, they agree to accept all of these Terms and Conditions contained herein, and these Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated into the Services Agreement. Once the Services Agreement has been accepted by both parties, Savor Travels agrees to carry out the obligations as defined therein.

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
