Please see below for detailed and complete Terms and Conditions that will apply to your trip with Savor Travels LLC, collectively referred to herein as “Savor Travels” or “We” or “Us,” which shall constitute the entire binding agreement between Savor Travels, and you, the Client.

PLANNING FEES

Savor Travels may charge a planning fee for its services. Client agrees to pay the fee according to the timeline outlined in the Service Agreement, and full payment is due upfront and all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable.

SUPPLIERS, BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

By signing the Service Agreement, Client agrees to book all travel-related services outlined in the Service Agreement through Savor Travels using a valid credit card. Client authorizes Savor Travels to use their credit card information to make payments for travel services on their behalf. Client may not pay for accommodations, tours, transportation, flights or other travel services independently or through credit card points or loyalty programs, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Savor Travels acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, car rental companies, ground operators, and any other suppliers of travel-related services (collectively “Suppliers”) on behalf of Client. Client understands that Savor Travels is not the source or direct supplier of the travel services; We act solely as an agent for Suppliers and are thus not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers or their failure to provide services, adhere to their own schedules, or honor their contracts. Client is subject to Suppliers’ cancellation policies and other terms and conditions. Client agrees to read and accept all reservation details, payment terms, and cancellation policies of each service booked, and Client must notify Savor Travels of any error(s) in bookings within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmations. If we are not notified of any errors within this period, we disclaim any liability associated with the error(s).

Savor Travels may work with local destination partners, known as Destination Management Companies, on curating and booking a Client’s itinerary. We contract travel services at bundled wholesale rates which are confidential in accordance with industry standards, with the addition of a small markup to cover the cost of Our services as well as the dedicated ground support provided to Client during their travels. Itineraries are booked by Clients as a package with one lump sum total that covers all travel-related services; as these services are bundled at wholesale rates, please note that We may not able to provide breakdown retail pricing for each itinerary component.

ITINERARY CHANGES

We may allow Client to request minor itinerary changes once trip planning has begun; however, major itinerary changes, such as changing travel dates, destinations, or suppliers, may incur a supplemental fee or result in a new Service Agreement and new planning fee, depending on the scope of the changes. Should the Client wish to cancel or postpone a trip entirely once trip planning has begun, the planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable and any new trip will incur a new Service Agreement and new planning fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

We suggest that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We do not offer refunds of our planning fee for trips cancelled. Travelers who decline travel insurance may be asked to sign a waiver.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND VACCINATIONS

Client understands that if traveling internationally, you must have a valid passport and you may need to obtain one or more visas depending on which country you’re visiting. Your passport must be valid at least six months after your date of return to the U.S. Additionally, the country you're traveling to may require proof of vaccinations. We recommend visiting http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ to find information on health notices and recommended/required vaccinations for the countries you'll be visiting. The Client accepts full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas, and permits prior to the start of the trip and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from missing or defective documentation.

CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS

​If a Client has a complaint against Savor Travels, the Client must first inform Savor Travels in private at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified, if possible. Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the end of the trip. Savor Travels will work with its Suppliers to try to reach a satisfactory resolution for the Client, but We do not guarantee any particular outcome, refund, or resolution. Savor Travels and the Client will abide by the terms and conditions, contracts, and penalties of a Supplier, vendor, or in-destination partner. Savor Travels’ planning fees are non-refundable.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CLIENT SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SAVOR TRAVELS AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, AND EACH OF THE HEIRS, EXECUTORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING AT CLIENT’S SOLE COST AND EXPENSE AGAINST ALL SUITS, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, PAYMENTS, COSTS, EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES), DAMAGES OR CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, SETTLEMENTS, LIABILITIES, FINES AND PENALTIES OF THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH CLIENT’S TRIP OR JOURNEY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DEATH, BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WHICH IS MADE, INCURRED OR SUSTAINED BY CLIENT OR ANY CLIENT INVITEES. THIS INDEMNIFICATION SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ANY RENTAL EQUIPMENT ORDERED THROUGH SAVOR TRAVELS FOR CLIENT USE OR USE OF ANY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING ANY USE OF POOLS, WATER FEATURES, HOT TUBS, AND OTHER BODIES OF WATER) USED BY CLIENT. SAVOR TRAVELS  SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH CLIENT’S PROGRAM, OR ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SAVOR TRAVELS’ LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES CHARGED TO CLIENT.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

​The Client acknowledges that the nature of the trips and journeys offered by Savor Travels are adventurous in nature and may involve a significant amount of personal risk for the Client. The Client hereby assumes all such risk and hereby releases Savor Travels from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks. 

SEVERABILITY

​In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason, then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.

SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS

​These Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Savor Travels and the Client and their respective heirs, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns.The Company, Savor Travels, exists under, and is pursuant to, the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A.

APPLICABLE LAW

​The Service Agreement and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and shall be interpreted by, the laws of the State of Colorado. Savor Travels and Client agree that the venue for any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising out of these Terms and Conditions and the Service Agreement shall be the state courts of the State of Colorado and the parties hereby expressly consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the state courts of the State of Colorado for the resolution of any claims, causes of action, or disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Service Agreement.

WAIVER OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​These Booking Terms and Conditions may only be waived or amended by written mutual consent. When a Client completes the Service Agreement form, they agree to accept all of these Terms and Conditions contained herein, and these Terms and Conditions shall be incorporated into the Service Agreement. Once the Service Agreement has been accepted by both parties, Savor Travels agrees to carry out the obligations as defined therein.

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
